Do I need a membership card to receive promotions?
No. Simply provide the phone number you sign up with to the cashier when you check out.

Do I need a membership to receive advertised in store specials?
Yes and no. Some in store specials may be available to everyone. However, most specials will be only available to Friends of Moti's members.

I am already a member of your old KosherMart program. Do I still need to sign up?
Yes. While your KosherMart membership information may be transfered over, you must sign up for this program in order to verify your information to ensure the correct phone number is associated with your account.

Do I have to provide a phone number to sign up?
Yes. Your phone number uniquely identifies your account. Without it, we cannot assign offers and promotions.

Do I have to provide an email address to sign up?
The only way we will notify you of your personalized rewards is via email. If you do not have an email address, we can still create an account for you to qualify for in store specials. Simply call our office at 301-468-0400 or email rewards@motismarket.com.

How do I know which offers and promotions are currently available to me?
In store specials will be advertised in the store and in our printed flyer. Rewards that we offer specifically to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

How are my discounts and promotions applied?
When you provide your phone number at checkout, any discounts are automatically applied.

Will I need to cut coupons?
No. Other than the occasional special coupon, there is nothing to print, cut out or bring with you to the store. Your discounts and rewards are automatically applied at checkout.

Can other members of my household use my account's phone number?
Yes. Other members of your household can use the same account. However, personalized offers will only be sent to the single email address associated with the account. Any offers that are one time use and applied at check out will no longer be available.

When will I receive my first rewards?
You will receive an email notification when your account has been successfully created. At that time, you will be able to take advantage of members-only in store specials. Rewards emails go out every other week. Depending on when you sign up, you should receive your first email within two weeks.

What if I need to change my phone number or email address?
If you are only changing your phone number or your email address, you can send us new information via the sign up form. If you need to change both phone and email, please call our office at 301-468-0400 or email rewards@motismarket.com.

What happens to the old KosherMart program?
As of October 15, 2015, all customers will be transitioned to the new program or will need to create a new account. Friends of Moti's is designed to provide more value and savings than any of our previous programs.
